The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities, such as the fitness center and sauna, were great. The swimming pool was luxurious, with recliner seating inside the pool itself. The bar had an exciting choice of drinks, and the Red Machine and Hugo were our favorites. The upgrade offer we received made our stay even more special, and the views of the city and nearby park were fine. The location was excellent, with easy access to the park, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, and the service provided by the personnel was attentive and prompt.

The location of the hotel was great, being very near to Lumpini Park and the Sky Train/Metro. The Patpong night market was also just a short walk away. The doormen were helpful, going the extra mile to negotiate taxi prices for us and even checking how busy the restaurant we were going to was. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was delicious.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and restaurant. the service was impeccable with prompt and efficient room service and housekeeping.
The only minor issue was with the breakfast which was just about okay compared to the other fantastic aspects of the hotel, but it certainly did not detract from the overall experience. As a guest, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's attention to detail and their commitment to providing an unparalleled luxury experience.

Close to a night market if you happen to like it! The location is also convenient, being close to the sky train and MRT station. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a big bathroom. The club lounge is very nice , with a high ceiling design. The staff is nice and friendly.
